53 information kiosks installed at Suvarnabhumi Airport for better services

SAMUT PRAKAN, 1 October 2015 (NNT) – The Airports of Thailand, Ministry of Transport, has installed fifty-three information kiosks in passenger terminals and concourses of Suvarnabhumi Airport in order to deliver better services to all passengers.

Information kiosk is a high-tech interactive system designed for delivery necessary information to passengers such as flight schedules, plans of terminals and concourses etc. The current version of the kiosk displays information in four languages - Thai, English, Chinese and Russian; Japanese will be added to the system in the future.

Passenger can access to their travel details by scanning Boarding Pass; then the kiosk will display distance and time for walking to their Gate including lists of restaurants and facilities along the way to their Gate.

Passengers can print out such information or make an easy call to AOT Contact Center 1722 via the machine if they have inquiries. Persons with disability or on wheelchair can also use the kiosk as it has a special navigator to bring them to their Gate or necessary facility.

The princess has done so much for the academy, he said, and she will certainly be missed now that she is retired. However, she still intends to visit the academy from time to time to pass her knowledge on to the military cadets.
