Is the Dan Singkhon border open yet for this type of renewal.

I have a multiple entry non 0 12 month visa but issued in NZ and have to cross a border to renew, cant do at Hua Hin immigration have to cross border.

Last time I went to Tachilek as went to see a friend, what is the closest / easiest border to Hua Hin if the above is not open.

I'd think Ranong is one of the closest.
