My wife recently had the test at Samitivej. They have a full range of tests from different countries. We chose the NIPT+ from Taiwan, which tested for the highest number of abnormalities.

Cost was 45k. There were other tests in the 30k range.

RAMA is probably the only thai hospital that actually performs NIPT analysis, all other hospitals is sending the bloodtests abroad or perhaps to RAMA. The cost at Rama was 15 500 Bath a year ago, so its presumably the cheapest. All claim high accuracy for the common trisomies Down, Edward and Patau syndrome, and its possible to detect much more, including gender. To rule out structural defects such as spina bifida, ultrasound is of course necessary.
