I'll second LivinginKata, tons of little shops all over. Ride around and when you see a sewing machine, pull in.

O.K. make like you are going to Nai Harn Beach, on Wichit toward Rawai Beach.

Make the right turn off (the speedway) Wichit at the signal that is Sai Yuan.

100 meters up on your right handside there is a shack with a sewing machine. It sits adjacent to a small Thai style minimart but it is literally on the road, hard to miss.

2nd one also Sai Yuan, count three 7/11's, one on the corner Wichit and Sai Yuan, travel 1 km toward Nai Harn Beach 7/11 #2 on your left, come to 7/11 #3 righthandside and under construction, across the street from there go another 30 meters and next to the motorcycle shop is a lady with a sewing machine.
