If you drive a motorbike and not wearing a helmet you get a ticket, if you not drive a motorbike and wearing a helmet you get arrested.

Anyway, with all the shooting and killing going on in Thailand everybody will need a bulletproof west to survive, do we get a license to wearing it on arrival from now on?
