No drones allowed on Dec 5

BANGKOK -- The use of drones will be prohibited from 6am until midnight on Saturday in Bangkok's Sanam Luang ceremonial grounds as part of security precautions, police spokesman Pol General Dechnarong Suticharnbancha said Wednesday.

Only people who have obtained permission from the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) will be allowed to operate such aircraft, he added. Police are seeking help from DCA as thousands of loyal subjects are expected to gather in Sanam Luang to attend celebrations for His Majesty the King's 88th birthday anniversary, he said.

He affirmed that the police would also provide security for the Bike For Dad event and had launched a crime sweep operation in Bangkok since November 25.

Sorry but no way am I gonna comply with that! The only fun I get in this city is flying my drone up to the bedroom or bathroom windows of young ladies and watching the live feed. Can't imagine going a day without my fix.

Skeet practice..

Only people who have obtained permission, paid the appropriate fees to the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) will be allowed to operate such aircraft,
