This is a very old thread but I hope my information may still be useful.

I have had very competent and reasonably priced matting and framing of photo prints at a frame shop on the even side of Sukhumvit, between Ekkamai and Phra Khanong.  Sorry, the name escapes me but it is right on a corner, a bit closer to the Phra Khanong end...very obvious.
