Popular Post Bredbury Blue
Not sure if anybody has posted this already, but Leicester has moved from a 'will Leicester win it or screw up' scenario of a week or so ago to a 'Leicester are 10 points clear with a game to go' scenario. Now THAT is impressive! The best team this season clearly became the champions. Edited May 9, 2016 by Bredbury Blue

SantiSuk
Post the betting slip then and we will believe you And all the other hundreds of betting slips at 10 bucks a throw which have not come off for the last 20 years? Mind you the stock market is a winning bet overall long term if you have the luxury of timing your ultimate exit or luck or several decades of investing behind you. Not so sure about other forms of betting, which I never do (but I don't discount that people have fun though, so why not if it's your bag and it's not a disease for you?) SantiSuk
You gonna mark our homework? Probably about 5 out of 10. No doubt a "must do better" for me. No cheating involved, as will probably become apparent. Arsenal beating LCFC twice and Claudio's nationality are the only ones I'm 100% on. I'm stuffed if a lot are trick questions like Claudio being Argentinian born or Crystal Palace played them with no Englishmen. Bredbury Blue
Leicester City: What has changed at the Premier League champions? The Foxes have yet to win away in the league all season and have started 2017 with a run of five league games without a goal. No other top-flight team has endured such a miserable run since Tottenham, 31 years ago.It is a staggering contrast to their results in 2015-16, when they lost only three league matches throughout the campaign. In fact, at the start of this season, they had lost only three times in their previous 47 Premier League games. And don't forget - they did not just win the league last season, they ended up walking it by 10 points. But since August things have unravelled fast and they have lost 13 out of 24 matches, winning just five times. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/38879315

They are still in the Champions League, that might be a factor in him not being fired....yet. I hope they don't we have to play them in 2 weeks and we lost to both Hull and Swansea after they got rid of their managers. Bredbury Blue
Not sure if you read the bbc article analysis I posted but from being the most complete team last year - think we can all agree that while they have some decent individuals it was the team ethic that won them the Premier - and you take out one individual and now they can't score can't defend. I don't know whether they are against the manager (even though they are all saying they back him). Maybe it's just that the rest of the teams know how to play against them year (unlike the champs league teams). Or maybe they are just a bunch of prima donna's after last year and not pulling their weight. Either way, you are spot on, it's a lot more than just one player moving on.
