BANGKOK: -- While most buses in Bangkok speed on the roads to make more trips, the driver and conductor of bus no. 140 had the decency to make a pit stop and hand over a pervert who allegedly jerked off to a female passenger to police yesterday.

Bus 140 stopped on Ratchaprarop road yesterday to wait for police to arrest the 20-year-old alleged public masturbator, only identified as “Patpong,” who was held by the conductor and other passengers after his creepy behavior.
