Anyone know why Big Wing Bangkok seem to have stopped answering the phone?

I assume they are very busy right now. Perhaps this is the reason. Also they were fitting out a new building last time I was there. Could this be related?

The cleaner has probably unplugged the phone and no one has noticed yet!

But you are invited to leave a message (which nobody ever responds to). This has been like this for a month.

It,s Xmas they're on hols!

Thais don't celebrate pagan festivals like Christmas.

Well simply go there, easy. What's with all this reliance on new fangled technology?

4-hour round trip. The phone, I know, I know, it's modern for Thailand, seems more appropriate somehow.

I wonder if like most businesses here their entire remote communications business strategy has moved to Facebook.

There is Honda Big Wing Pattaya (I don't live in Pattaya but it is nearer). It is run by Mit Yon. This is the plan B I have been resorting to.

But back on topic, I would like to know why A.P. Honda's flagship branch is not answering the phone.

An update!

They are finally answering the phone again. I tried to book my bike in for its 36,000 km service. They said I could but the first available slots were 5 weeks away!

So, what can we learn from this?

Big Wing (Pradit Manutham, Bangkok) is very busy.

If you want your Honda bike serviced here, you need to plan at least 5 weeks in advance.

This particular branch of Big Wing seems disproportionately busy compared to the other branches.

I hope this update is of interest to somebody here.
