IELTS. Is there a book available to help with this?

Featured Replies

As the topic says, is there a book to help with the IELTS that is available in Thailand and written in English that anyone can recommend ? And where available from? Pattaya area would be best if known.

Cheers.

I know there are some online guides, but I hear there is a book and that would be a great help.

Last time out the applicant got 6.5 but needs 7 to work in her chosen field in the U.K.

There are so many books available to help students study for IELTS. Needing a Band 7, probably needs Academic, not general English.

There are many available. A couple of suggestions:

Ready for IELTS by Macmillan Education, should be able to get it at any good bookstore.

Focus on IELTS by Pearson

I suggest your friend goes to a good bookstore and peruses the books available.

Thanks for those 2 titles.

We'll look for those and their availability here.

Just avoid Barrons and pick from those already recommended and you can't go far wrong. Kiniokunya has a great selection.
