I'm looking at buying some land to build a small house just outside Phetchabun city, I want to put the land in my wife's name but have a 30 lease on the house. I'm hoping somebody can recommend a English speaking lawyer in Phetchabun.

Be very careful what you do regarding same as if not done well it can be fraught with danger.

Please go into ever detail with a fine tooth comb regarding same.

There are many other options 'put a post on TV in the property section' but sound's like you have worries all be them small if you want to rent the house to start with.
