PATTAYA; -- A 39-year-old man was arrested by Police in the early hours of Friday accused of stealing women’s underwear from a washing line in East Pattaya.

Police were called to a row of houses in Soi Chayapreuk 2 just before 3am and arrested Khun Suriyon, who was accused of stealing three pairs of knickers from the front of one of the houses.

The house owner told Police that she was sitting with her boyfriend watching TV when they heard a noise at the front of their house. When they went to investigate they saw the suspect taking pairs of Knickers from their washing line. At this point they shouted at the man who attempted to escape, however with the assistance of neighbors, the man was caught with the underwear in his possession.

If only the majority of the thieves found in Thailand confined their activity to nicker theft, the national budget would be in much better shape. Finding evidence, would be much easier for police and the siezure of ill gotten and any unexplained excess amount of kickers in the suspects possesion would draw more intrest from all concerned, I am sure.

It would be interesting to see and hear this case as it goes thru the, police booking, judical chambers, punishment handed down, recommendation of the judge, etc and if this offense is repeated by the knicker thief in the future or has it taken place in the past.

Police questioned the man’s actions at the scene and he revealed that he would steal them and would first smell them which “made his brain feel fresh”, he intended to then take the items back to his home and masturbate over them.
