I am planning to use my Thai GF's paypal to receive funds and spend on my business due to some problems with my Paypal.

If she receives more than $$$$ per month on Paypal, will she has to pay tax on that? I dont plan to withdraw it to her Bank as I will be using paypal funds to invest into the projects
