chaiyapoon
Garden show today through the weekend over the back of Silverlake vineyard in the Wat Yan temple area.Open early and through the day.Entrance is next to Wat Yan hospital always been free. Loads of stands selling flowers and fruit plants plus interesting displays and exhibites. Its set in a agricultural complex and many of the stands are round this central growing area with several rai of growing fruit and veg. There are are lots of stands catering to the needs of visitors drinks food and all the stuff usually for sale at these sort of events. It's worth a visit to Wat Yan itself as its a stunning temple complex with buildings spread out over many rai and having several large lakes. johng
Thanks for the information I was at Wat Yan just the other day and didn't see any advertising for this event ( not unusual ) I did see advertisements saying that they have/are opening a new "Pattaya floating market" just by the railway line access was via a dirt track so I didn't venture down to check it out...yet

WitawatWatawit
Does it have more to offer than the grower's market on Sukhumvit in north Pattaya (near the Mickey D) every weekend?
ongengwai
Thanks very much for raising this. I never knew there's such an event. I love planting, and I go to the north pattaya plant market almost every week. I am going with my dogs tonight

andre47
I was there yesterday. There are many interesting plants I've never seen before. Very friendly Thai people, not like Pattaya. Worth going!

guzzi850m2
We went today, yes interesting plants there, relaxed/friendly atmosphere, many people, 99.5% Thais. Wife bought some plants, not sure what they are, she's the expert. I will perhaps post a few photos later on.
