Hi, trying set up voicemail on my true h prepaid.

I called customer service, got thier text with settings, which is the same as http://truemoveh.truecorp.co.th/3g/vas/sms-mms/entry/3759?ln=en

But it dosent work, when I off the phone and dial my no. there is thai message and disconnects.

I talked them on thier chat too, they said its the same for prepaid and post paid, I asked for destination no. and they said 0910088000

The short code works, but there is no voicemail, what Im missing?

Hi,

You have to call Truemove-H at 1331 and request the voicemail service be activated in English...Sometimes more than once haha. Then you have to activate the call forward settings yourself as follows:

Call forward for busy calls **67*0910088000#

Call forward for unanswered calls **61*0910088000#

Call forward for no signal *62*0910088000#
