Tot ip video and Slingbox streaming interrupts?

Have problem with my tot line 10 Mbit

That ip tv streaming and also my slingbox streaming from home with 4 Mbit upload interrupts , with 3G all is ok

Any ideas of tp link special router setting then maybe could help?

Not sure a provider change to true if avalible in my area solve the problem when all use same phones line cable daily speed 7 to 8 Mbit later in night speedtest shows 10 with 22 ms
