first time held here at the Millennium hotel but as thats in junk ceylon and the parking lot does not open till 10 am and all the roads are full of taxi's /tuk tuks ( good luck leaving your car there)

I thought that now the u/g carpark is now using the vending machines for issuing the entrance tickets you could use the carpark at any time of day. Try the main carpark entrance round the corner.

Just use the parking garage opposite the entry from Rath-U-Thit. It is well hidden, but free. After Bang-La turn right...

I was wondering the same thing. Even if you could get into the garage, I think the entrances from the garage to the mall are closed until 10am (near Big C), and 11am (the building closest to Rat-U-Thit 200 Pii). If you're planning to come before 10am, you'll need to walk back up the ramp to get outside, then go to the outside hotel entrance.

I'm planning on taking the motorbike and parking in the outdoor lot behind B-Quick.

Now, the question is, which "wing" of the hotel will the consulate be in? There are 2 wings, on opposite ends of the mall.
