I'm not sure if you are aware, but snooker and pool are two different games.

There is a snooker place on third road, I haven't played there for a long time, I think it's about 150 mtrs north of the turnoff to Big C extra, I was the only falang and I didn't go back.

There's the Russian place; owned by Inoff the Red.

Snooker place (Inter Snooker Club) on Naklua Road. Going north from roundabout at Pattaya Nua and second road its just past Soi 16/2 on the left side.

I platy at Mikes Shopping up near walking st.

It is undergoing renovation at the moment but it has half a dozen good snooker tables.

I walked down #rd road today going toward Pattya Klang and right at Soi 21, across the road from the 7/11 is a brand new Pool Hall, new tables and looks great and it had fangs inside , i believe it will attract all kinds and has beverages also
