Cosmetic dentistry question?

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Im contemplating getting some cosmetic dentistry done in Thailand, Bangkok most probably because im guessing that's where the best clinics/cosmetic dentists are located. I'm looking at replacing one of my front porcelain crowns (my other front tooth is a porcelain veneer but looks ok. The problem I have is that my crown sits a little lower than my other front tooth and so isnt perfectly symmetrical.

Does anybody know what the standard of cosmetic dentistry is in Bangkok/ has anyone had any experience and could recommend a very good clinic/ cosmetic dentist in bkk? also does anyone know the sort of costs involved?

Thanks very much everyone, any help much appreciated!

I'd say you should try to inquire at Bangkok Smile, preferably on their website. The clinic did my fillings and the services were fantastic. The results very nice. And so with my friends and families who went there. Although my treatment was a GP case, I believe that cosmetic dentistry is their specialty. A friend of mine had her crowns done with Dr. Sunisa at their asoke branch (they have 4 branches in Bangkok). She said the lady dentist is artistically skilled and communicates well in English.

I had mine done at Rama 9 hospital. The dentist spoke great English, probably because she lived in Australia for years.

The crowns are excellent. About 12,000 baht each.
