I have looked in HomePro, MACRO, and Thai Watsadu. Where can I buy a good street broom like in the attached pictures?

Try Global House.
I purchased one there a few months ago (not sure of the price), a bit wider and with shorter bristles. Made in China, sturdy and works great. At the Kalasin Global House, it was in the brooms/ mops section on the upper shelf. I had to get it myself...

Do you not get the hardware pickup come around ? Sure i've seen those brooms on those.

Local hardware should stock those or the mobile hardware pickup that drives around should have.

Ebay has the broom heads for around 500 baht.  That's seems expensive but it's half what you'd expect to pay in the USA.
