We just moved into another house in the same gated community, not even a week settled in when our new dwelling was christened with water from clogged gutters. :D

What a nice hole in the ceiling I came home to last Friday, :D water still dripping.

Think its going to be a wet one this year. More to come! In the last few years December has been the worst.

They were forcasting very heavy rains the latter part of November and early December due to la nina
