Yes, it is hot, but for Phuket not exceptionally hot.

hottest and driest i have seen in almost 30 years.

The stats I have don't support this.

well, show the stats....

and i will say ur right.

They are my own stats, I keep temperature etc. on a daily basis for many years now, my daily source is TMD. 2014 e.g. was hotter than this year, see http://www.phuket-scuba.com/diving-weather-february.htm

No humidity readings on your chart Steven. I think it feels hotter than I've ever known at this time for the past week and a bit. Must almost be reaching the time when we're putting our lives in peril every time we venture onto the roads; yes, water truck madness season!

hottest and driest i have seen in almost 30 years.

Here in the middle of the island we had 2 nights of very heavy rain in Jan ( I can't remember that happening before) so it's not the driest here.

But I don't remember the sun burning like this, normally I can stand the sun, but not this year.
