My wife register yesterday over the safari browser in ipad a Facebook account with otp onetime password

After I installed the Facebook app the browser was logged out from her account , now she not have any email address , using here phone number and the otp does not work!

Also when she used her Facebook name for login it does not work, any ideas how it's possible to create a new password for login when never a email address has been used for first register? Can this pw also send by phone number ?
