Varicose Vein treatment in Thailand....?

Featured Replies

Has anybody had this done here....?? I understand in uk the old strip out surgery is well gone and seemingly injections which collapse the vein are now used.

Unfortunately there's a near 19 month waiting list in my health authority as obviously considered non urgent

Anyone with experience here and costs.....??

There are a variety of treatment approaches and needs to be individualized to the patient according to how deep the vein is and other factors. . The injections you refer to are sclerotherapy.

A suggested specialist is Dr. Thamrongroj Temudom. He is at 3 hospitals:

Bumrungrad https://www.bumrungrad.com/doctors/Thamrongroj-Temudom

Vejthani http://www.vejthani.com/doctors_detail.php?DoctorCode=91827

Phyathai 3 http://www.phyathai.com/doctorsearchdetail/54521/PYT2/en

Will cost more at Bumrungrad
