I've dislocated my elbow two weeks ago.

The doctos said it has to be in a fixed crate for two weeks, as it was until yesterday.

Now I need a specialist to do surgery on the broken bone.

Does anyone know of a surgeon or hospital who specialised in this in Thailand?

Only problem is that I only have Thai Insurance (the one that comes with the work permit) so I need a specialist who workes in a government hospital.

Any orthopedic surgeon can do this. You won't find any that specialize just in elbows.

The insurance you refer to soynds like Social Security in which case it is limited to the one hospital you are registered at (which could be government or private, most often government) or other hospital that they refer you to. So you do not hve a choice of hospitals and if it is a government hospital, a choice of doctor only if they have an after hours by appointment clinic.
