I know I can buy this item from the Sukhumvit street stalls in Bangkok. But I don't want to go all the way to BKK if they are available in Patong.

Well I tried Patong, but no success. In the end I did as advised and bought the item on Ebay. It arrived quickly with no customs issues :)
