Unless you are very young you cannot get decent health coverage for that amount. Accident yes, health no.

Please do a search in this forum and also the insurance forum to read discussions about insurance options. You need at least 2 million baht coverage cap. Beware of the many Thai policies with much lower caps and only partial payment of costs for surgery etc.

There are many, many factors to consider, including: how long do you expect to be in Thailand? (if not sure to be more than 1 year, an expat travel policy might be an option). Can you afford to pay upfront and be reimbursed or do you need a policy from a company with direct billing arrangements with Thai hospitals? Are you willing to accept a deductible (excess) to lower premiums or do you require 100% coevrage? etc etc
