the locals like myself can find some humor here, last night i was walking beach road when i came to the nova lodge, two ladys on motorcycles pulled up to the curb and one asks me "you want two girls, massage and everything for 200 baht, you come to my house ", at first i started to laff then i realized that she must have thought i was pretty stupid to fall for that.

i told her fine but she would have to come to my house, i knew she would never go for that and she kept insisting that we meet at her house, finally when i had enough i told her what she was offering was worth a lot more than 200 baht and i asked to if she thought i was that stupid to fall for such phony deal like that, she said it was legit and i insisted that she come to my house then , again she refused and i told her at that point that if she didn't scram i would call the police on her, well those were the magic words she took off with her friend, its hard to believe anyone can fall for such a scam, has anyone encountered this pair?

The sad thing is some one will fall for it and end up a best robbed wondering why no massage ?

A friend of mine fell for the same thing in Prague, only lost £30 not attacked in anyway, but wrecked the rest of his stay.....

Not a scam just strait robbery most likely to have someone hiding back at the house wating to do terrible things to you and you would have ended up being payed the 200 baht did your mum tell you never to go with strangers

I had the same offer a few months ago but I was walking from the dolphin roundabout towards the beach, I also declined the offer as I thought it must be dodgy, I must admit I was tempted , they were quite good looking

I went with them last night, after 3 fantastic hours I was so tired I had to leave.

I talked them down to 174 Baht.

They got my kidney, but I only paid 100 baht.

Similar happened to me, in Rayong I was offerd a lift to my hotel for free by 2 young ladies, got near to my hotel I said thanks they told me to get back on, I was assuming they were going to take me all the way to the front door, But they went past the hotel into a quiet road. Instaincts told me something wasnt right and made them stop. They then tried to get me back on the bike heading of to complete darkness I refused and walked back to my hotel. They then sped off with 2 other bikes carrying guys, goodness knows what could have happened to me had I stayed on.

i had last year a girl stop in her car a brand new toyota she was good looking, and beeped her horn to get my attention and i went to her window, and she just said we go eat get in! well i was tempted but my intuition told me not too.

I had not discovered the joys of Pattaya ten years ago, but a friend who visited in the early nineties, insists all was different then, and girl(s) inviting farangs back to their place was the norm and no risks attached. He has the photos to prove it.

The crime now, has risen and scams and druggings are legion. I might be so bold as to suggest that Thai men are behind a lot of these nasty scams, and I suspect gambling debts are to blame.

Probably safest, is to vist Sabai Land/Room/Dee etc. these days.

I dont know about the losing an organ story, think its more of an urban myth than anything, maybe in other parts of the world, but when was a case ever reported in Thailand?? Wheres the proof, no doubt the girls are trying to scam, but its more likely just to take your cash and other valuebles.

If you type the information in a program like Word, it has a spell check, When ready to post, copy then text and paste into the space for typing. Instant spelling and sleep filled nights..
