Can anyone recommend a sharpening stone....knives, general stuff
I have a really expensive stone I use for fine work, but look for a decent all purpose whetsone for general kitchen knives etc. I have one I bought locally but a bit course and rough. Looking for a not too expensive one with the fine / course on either side Something off Lazada? Any recommendations / links appreciated -

My view today.
Actually, that's a NZ green mussel, along with squid & shrimp. Khee mao, I think. Maybe seasoned with subtle amount of garlic, chilis & etc, since delicate seafood and don't want to over power it with spices. Actually an oversized bowl, so may be more depth to it than appears. A tasty dish when I don't see anything else on menu that excites.
