New "Tiger Park Pattaya"

I drove past a building under construction today, on the west side of Sukhumvit road, near to the turn off for Jomtien 2nd road (opposite side to the floating market and about 500m nearer to Pattaya).

A large sign has been erected over the building "Tiger Park Pattaya".

Anyone know what is planned? Can't find anything about it on the internet.

Please tell me it's not going to be another place for tourists to play with "tame" tigers.

I'd say it's a tiger park

I'm not sure why I think that but it's just a guess.
