skalman
I have now a NON O A visa “take care of wife visa” and have heard that if you apply for this kind of visa for 3 consecutive years you are eligible to apply for a residency visa. However George says that it is hard to qualify for that type of visa. Is there anyone who has some experience on this issue??? Best regards Skalman. ??? dr_Pat_Pong
That is the basis of the 'rules' .....I assume that you have the funded bank account. With 3 extensions as the law stands, it should be ok for residency .........SUBJECT to your nationality which, alas, you did not share. We try, but crystal balls are not in our budget. Answers vary dependent on nationality.
skalman
Sorry for that dr Pat Pong. We have discussed my NON O A visa earlier but of curse I have to state nationality and age for every new topic. So. Swedish. 44 year’s old. I am not there yet. This is only the first NON O A for me. But George told me that it can be hard to qualify for residency and that made me worried. Regards Skalman.
