Cost Estimates of Interior Design in Pattaya

Hey all. I'm trying to get some ballpark figures for what it would cost to accomplish the following in a 40 sqm condo:

• Replace floor with parquet
• Paint walls (with accent textures)
• New kitchen (granite counter, quality cabinet but does not need to be custom)
• Interior designer with good artistic skill who can lay out the place and help choose the correct colours, furnishings, etc.

Not interested in talking about white appliances or furniture (The prices vary too much to discuss that).

My latest understanding is that I should be able to do everything for about 400k but not sure if that is totally off base. And I am not sure if that would include the fees to the designer.

On a slightly separate note: When you buy a condo from the developer, they show you a 'show room' and sell you something else (undecorated). Do they typically offer you an option to have it decorated like the show room?
