Short-term Monthly Rental In Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

Anyone have a suggestion for a short-term rental condo with internet access in Chiang Mai? I'm being told there are no monthly lets and to come back in February after the flower festival.

Is there a good agency that deals with this?

Cheers.

Will be about 5000THB for one month, same again for Deposit, 400B for electric key cards, the internet was free but I think there's a few fee nowadays and the pool should be finished by now. Just off the moat on the road to Doi Suthep, next to the shopping complex.

I don't know what the hotel situation is, but I would say Chiang Mai businesses seem to be quite busy right now, and traffic is the heaviest I have seen in my 4 1/2 years here.

went there today...only the expensive one's available. (i.e. 14000 plus)

pool not ready until "next year"...

went to a few places actually (my brother is coming here soon and wants his own place, as opposed to living with my family)...and they all said the same "try after the flower festival".

Hillside 4 said the same thing...
