Are you advocating the opposite to Miss Andry, i.e don't be a responsible owner, don't keep your dog on your property, let it run around and bite people and let it crap everywhere? I can only assume you are a typical dog owner or a nut.

I think what he's advocating is not killing soneone's pet dog. It speaks volumes about the quality of farangs that move to Thailand that so many people here see nothing wrong with doing that. Despite what the guy on the next barstool might have told you, that is not the "Thai way".
