I use it as inbound travel insurance every time I visit Thailand, I think it's as good as the other one's out there. It's also cheaper then other travel insurance. Have Scandinavian friends that live in Thailand and they are using it and are satisfied.

i had them had troubles getting them to pay, changed to Bupa and have not had any problems in 3 years
