Hi flyboys.
I like to restart my flying after a 20 years brake and take a new UPL.
Also want to build me a Aerolight 103 or Zigolo but properly the EMG 6 when finish development next year.
Quistion ? I read the DCA are doing crackdown on a 2008 law of the registration, ownership and who can fly the aircraft. 
Any in TV who flys and knows how I will be now to register a new UL plane now in Thailand.  ? I`m Thai marriage and a 49 % company owner.
