The BIB want to talk to these mysterious men so have they bothered to go out and look for them  ?

Talk about what? They have broken no laws. Thailand the land of suspicion. The BIB always remind me of the mice that can smell the cheese but never find it. Always a day late and a ton short always good for a laugh or a Keystone Kop move.

Broken no laws that the BIB are aware of and never likely to be unless they bother to investigate.

They want to talk to them so maybe are prepared to wait until the MIB come in for interview voluntarily or they can read /  hear about them via the media as it beats leaving the office.

Were they farangs...??  because if so they were bound to be ex SIS--or navy seals.......probably having a reunion.

I used to like to sit in the pattaya bars & hear all the tales of yesteryear from the retired farangs. You could pick them out.

They are part of a group of non-law enforcement types who deem themselves "saviours" of exploited women. They look for evidence of trafficking and report it to law enforcement. Mostly ignored by local police but they think they are doing god's work. They show up on YouTube comments about Pattaya nightlife and threaten commenters with legal action. All talk no action. They threatened me with revocation of my visa. In fact they have NO sway with police. The chief instigator is someone named John Blinkiron, an American who thinks of himself as an "avenging angel" on behalf of women in the sex trade. Totally bonkers and bound to cause trouble.

I heard there were 30 men in green patrolling Pa..eee..yaaa 3rd Rd. Maybe its a new sport of some kind.

I just saw several guys in long-sleeved collared shirts, dress pants, argyle socks and brown leather oxfords at Patong beach--must have been some recent cheapie Brit flight into Phuket

I remember many years ago a Scandinavian guy named Lars, who lived in Bangkok, and claimed to be some kind of DEA agent.

He would come to Pattaya for a bar brawl with a orange American limousine of the sixties, complete with flash lights, sirens and official looking ensigns on the car and with one or two escorting cars with armed guards in uniform.

Then they would park in front of the bar, with the visibly armed guards standing at the entrance of the bar, while Lars made a party inside. The guards wore uniforms with a badge on the shoulder that said " born to kill".

In the early hours they would make a trip to walking street, complete with sirens active, and drive through walking street with a couple of bar girls sitting inside the car.

Met him a few times actually, but never got the real story of it, and at one point he disappeared without a trace.
