Anyone have details (links/etc.) on getting Corporate/Business Class Internet?  Plenty of resources on home-grade service, but am looking for internet access with 99.99% or 99.999% reliability, non-throttled bandwidth to international sites.  Ideally hooked up directly to one of the gateways.

 

I know CAT has an offering, but the information is in Thai only and I wanted to get some preliminary information before I attempt to call them.
