Hi, anyone here on the forums which have lived in the new concept serviced apartments in Chiang Mai?

Location is a bit "off" but that's OK for me, but i would like to know if anyone have lived here and have any comments? (PM is ok also)

I believe in some comment on their FB site, they said pool would be ready late 2015, under news and events in HP it says feb/2016 and under promotion price list it says 2017, so i guess the place is still under construction, why it would be even more important if anyone have experience with the place.

if anyone know of any other nice/new serviced apartment in chiang mai which is a good value for the money, please let me know :)

Your question is if anyone has lived there, or is it if anyone knows anything about it?

I have not lived there, but someone I know had a condo there.

yea ok, my fault. but basically im looking for any information of the sorts you wont find in the marketing material.

the stuff you usually just find out, after you signed the lease. so any information, good or bad, would be highly appriciated.

by the time they add in electric/water/cleaning; your at 500 per day.  You could get a pretty good hotel room for less, have daily maid service, no deposit, and be in a much better location.  I like Hang Dong, and if your business is out there, great, but not a good base to be primarily exploring the city.  Yellow Songtaews are great up/down HD road...until about 7pm....then you're looking at 200 to get to town...or back.  Traffic can be horrendous on HD Rd.,,and if you drew a straight line off the end of the runway...it would go very close to that location.  Likely only landings, but when you are right under, it can still rattle your fillings.

If you read the reviews in TripAdvisor.com, it looks good, but far out of town.  As KKK said, if you have reason to be on the Hang Dong side of town, it looks good.  It reminds me of d'Vieng Santitham Condo in town.  If you're going to be around for a month or longer, you might see if you can get a rental there.  They have a big pool and nice fitness center up and running and it's very centrally located.  Another property that's similar is D'Condo near Central Festival Mall.  You should be able to rent units in both buildings that are fully equipped with bedding, dishes, cutlery, etc and pay a lower rate for electric and water.

Management has been promising a swimming pool for years--That hasn't materialised yet
Services that they have offered i.e. airport shuttle no longer exists
Many buyers were investors and the promise of certain % return has not materialized
Because investors own most of the units and are not successful if renting them out, you have no neighbours. It doesn't feel like a neighborhood
stay away

The advertised line account does not exist.

i sent a facebook message 4 days ago, no repply

used their contact form a few days ago, no repply

I know this is thailand, but nevertheless, facebook and Line, they usually know how to use :) All warning signs i guess.

To bad, the location, that area, is where i need to be. and the prices and (relatively new) condoes etc, all looked quite good. just to many warning signs i guess. :(
