Good keycutter needed

Hi all, I have with is a laser key, which all the keycutting places on the edge of town I go to do not have the machine for. Some of them laugh and say no one can cut that kind of key in Thailand, so I was if anyone knows a keycutter downtown that is much better than your standard stall/shop. It's actually a key for a bicycle lock but loks a bit like the laser key that Mercedes used to issue in the 90s and a few other manufacturers. I contacted the company about this but the cost of a replacement being sent  from the US is so high that I would be better off buying a new lock.

 

Any suggestions for a much better than average keycutter downtown would be much appreciated.
