1,900 baht extension of stay, can you play by credit card?

Featured Replies

I'm wondering, at Chaeng Wattana, can you pay the 1,900 baht extension of stay by credit card as I've only seen people handing over cash only? If so, do they add a surcharge?

No way and no play :whistling:

that is why you have an ATM in front of all "official office"....= Cash only !    :D

Yes. It's very cheap isn't it?

Actually there is or was a big sign to the right of the entrance, saying that CW now accepts credit cards. Since I always pay in always pay in cash, I didn't read the sign too carefully. Here's what the website says about accepting payment of fees and fines by debit/ credit card:

That notice was "posted on 3 Dec 2012" . It never happened.
