Need Wisdom Teeth Pulled, Can you rec. a Surgeon?

Back in the US,  doctor said to take out all 4 wisdom teeth. (for an 18 year old) 

 

No insurance in the US and very expensive there.!  Living in Phuket   now and 

 

Would like a skilled Doctor in Phuket,   maybe in the hospital 

 

Would like a recommendation, contact details   from you if possible before a random search.

I'd have a word with Dr  Prasert at the dental clinic just to the right of the entrance to Bkk International Hospital. I and a number of other people I know have used him for things for years and never found them wanting . Not sure about wisdom teeth but I know they do most other things. I'd drop them a line- very good english, and the worst the can do is say no.

Edit: just looked at their price list and a 'complicated extraction' is B1-2k per tooth.

I'll support what Psimbo said as I had to go there for some remedial work after being butchered by a dentist in Chalong, and this guy was very good. Not only that, when something a little more specialised was needed, he then referred me to an orthodontist, and he was brilliant too.

 

In addition they do have the facilities to enable you to have a pain-free experience (gas or whatever) which may be needed for difficult wisdom teeth. When I had one removed in NZ I was very fortunate to have had sedation, because the extraction was so difficult that the orthodontist broke my jaw getting it out!
