Can anyone advise me where I may get my Canon SLR Camera repaired in Phuket?  

For Canon DSLR, Phuket town has a Canon service centre.

If your camera is indeed SLR, then my best guess would be Canon / camera shop at Central Festival, South-West corner of the Mobile phone section. 

The owner of the shop knows his items and is most likely to be able to help you in any case.

It's the Canon showroom, which is out of business or at least moving to another location.

There is however another professional camera shop, close to the now ex-Canon showroom.
