I have said close it down because the owners, or whoever is leasing it, have proved they  are incapable of employing safety measure which would prevent loss of life.

Add up the lives lost, over a considerable time,have there been any improvements or restrictions ? No, obviously not.

Anyway I realise you can't stop stupidity or recklessness , so lets move on.
