Family People In Pattaya

As a family man, I hated Pattaya at first but now I like it.

This is why:

- Close to BKK

- It has that Water Park, for my child to enjoy;

- Lotus/Tesco, Biq C, Carefour supermarkets;

- Good hospitals;

- The beach to breath some fresh air when jet skis and speed boats are off;

- All day worth entertainment for a kid - underwater world, zoo, tropical garden...

In reality, a parallel world to what Pattaya is known for.

That "other" world has never complained.

Some rumbles did come from "my world" but nothing that may signal no-coexistence.

Hospitals: nice to have them there. Just for the convinience while on holidays.

All the family goes there for medical checkups. All elective. And covered 100% by my insurance.

1 hour, reports acceptable by any other place in the world.

Just yesterday, I had an obligation to undergo a yearly medical checkup in Japan. Presented the report from Pattaya Bangkok Hospital from May this year and I am relieved.

On the side note, I like the BNH for the sandwich shop they have in there. Sometimes, before dinner time, I would drive from Jomtien, 18km return, just to get their bagels and salads. Yes, I do that...while in Thailand..getting food from hospitals.
