Pediatric dentist in Samut Prakarn or Bangkok?

I know of one great pediatric dentist (pedodontist for the old term) in Bangkok, but her clinic is not in the Bang-na area. Anyways, i brought my niece to her about a year ago for cleaning and some fillings.  Her name is Dr. Tippanart Vichayanrat, and she practices at clinics of Bangkok Smile, particularly on the Ploenchit branch. She was really good with kids, as she was able to perform the procedures without my niece going anxious (which she used to be whenever she hears the term "dentist" or "clinic"). She also speaks fluent English and she graduated from Boston University.

The little girl in question is the gf's granddaughter of three and a half years old. Her top front teeth are now little brown stumps, most likely from guzzling Coke, eating cakes, and falling asleep with a bottle of milk in her mouth. The family attitude is "well, they are only milk teeth," and "a dentist might hurt her so we should wait until she is older." Needless to say, things could get serious long before her second teeth come through. With the two front teeth about a third of their original size (seemingly eroded rather than rotting from  caries), I can't believe she's not in pain yet.

Well then I suggest to let a pediatric dentist check her out already, before any pain would come up from her decayed teeth. Taking her to see a dentist when there's a feeling of pain on her teeth would only make her more hesitant to go and visit a dentist (based on my experience with my nieces and nephews).
