TMN or 3BB Internet in 9 Karat Condo?

Featured Replies

What is the better option for internet service for 9 Karat Condo, located in central Pattaya? Both TMN and 3BB internet providers are offering similar packages 20Mbps download for the 599/590 (plus 7% tax) baht per month. Modem for 3BB is 650b and the TMN modem is 2,000b plus 7% tax. 3BB offers a promotional discount of 8% if you pay 1 year in advance, until the end of October 2016.

Does anyone have any actually experience with these 2 providers in 9 Karat Condo? I heard 3BB performance within the condo actually varies from 4Mbps to 14Mbps.

3BB have two packages on offer at 590bt + 7%vat

ADSL 18MB with router @ 650bt

VDSL 20MB with router @ 1500bt

At 9 Karat condo, we tested the TMN cable fiber 20/7 package (599B+7%tax) against the 3BB Adsl 18.1/4.0 (590b+7%tax). The same computer was used, directly connected to the modems by ethernet cable.
