Depends what O/S and what app or browser.

But I just copy and paste the URL, eg:  h t t p s : / / w w w . youtube.com/watch?v=Z4LktBSX4_Y

--- without all the spaces.

I am using Chrome and previously I could embed a link, but now the only way is as you say "copy and paste". I have tried disabling add-ons, but still the same.

So, no problem I will just carry on copying and pasting.

Thanks.

Do you see the extended editor with the embed media symbol.

Until recently I didn't. Just saw a "simple" editor.

Test failed  (with the above)

And now seeing this simple editor when editing.

It's annoying.

whenever I embed Media Content, with the same as shown by khunbenq,

all I achieve is a thin blue ruler-line, across the page

I've resorted to embed links for some time now too
