Hotmail again Changed.....!!

Featured Replies

I'm sure others are in same boat. I'm running Windows 7 Premium and didnt upgrade to 10 (probably a mistake but if it aint broke). Am assuming this Outlook/Hotmail works fine on 10 but its an absolute abortion now on 7. It cant possibly be running correctly now

Is there any way to revert to the layout before.....??

Can I just bump this one....apologies. I cant believe Hotmail can know its this bad but laptop is working perfectly on every website. Can can change background colour but thats all

easy solution is twofold...

1. ditch hotmail and create a gmail account

2. ditch the Windows laptop and buy an Apple mac. Once you have mac you will never go back.

While I have a couple Hotmail accounts, I don't access via the web site very often, but just took a look at the current page.  What is the problem?  I had no problem accessing the inbox, reading e-mail, replying, etc.

Simplest thing to do is switch to Gmail and forward your hotmail/outlook mail to that account. Even if you find a way to revert , MS will change everything again in a few months; it's their M.O., they can't leave well enough alone.

1. I agree that gmail is better than hotmail, but I think OPs problem doesn't warrant this. It sounds like some network performance issue (definitely not related to using Win7 or win10, that's not how websites work).

2. Ha! Yeah, right. in my company, the 'marketing department was adamant they needed Macs. We obliged. A year later, out of the 5, 2 went back to windows laptops, 2 are using Windows on their Mac with bootcamp and only one actually still uses Mac and OSX.
